HISTORY - The GTV6 2.5 was developed from the Alfetta GTV and was introduced in 1980 along with the 2.0 version. It utilised a V6 sohc from the Alfa Six saloon and was manufactured from 1980 to 1987 with revisions. It was also used fairly successfully in Rally and Racing car events in the 1980s
